Terms of Use

1. Service Use
CoreSpec 3D is provided for building design planning, facility management, and related commercial purposes. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, structural, mechanical, or engineering services. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on outputs from the platform.
You may use CoreSpec 3D only as permitted by these terms and applicable law. You may not use the service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
2. Account Management
To access CoreSpec 3D you must create an account. You must be at least 16 years of age. By creating an account you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at info@cs3d.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. CoreSpec 3D reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms.
3. Platform Rules
When using CoreSpec 3D you must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means without written permission;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
- Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity;
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights;
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure;
- Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
Boom Interactive reserves the right to remove content and terminate access without notice for violation of these rules.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to CoreSpec 3D (“User Content”), including floor plans, drawings, annotations, and associated data. By uploading User Content you grant Boom Interactive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely for the purposes of providing, improving, and supporting the service.
You warrant that you have the right to upload User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, if your User Content contains personal data, you are the data controller. CoreSpec 3D acts as a data processor on your behalf. 5. Proprietary Rights
CoreSpec 3D, its software, visual design, features, and all underlying technology are owned by Boom Interactive Inc and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in the CoreSpec 3D platform other than the limited licence to use it in accordance with these terms.
6. Paid Services
Certain features of CoreSpec 3D require payment (“Paid Services”). By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Refunds. Except where required by applicable law — including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer protection legislation — all fees are non-refundable.
Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreSpec 3D is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Boom Interactive’s total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU consumer protection legislation.
8. GDPR & UK Privacy Rights
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the following additional terms apply:
Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of a contract when providing the service; (b) legitimate interests in improving and securing the platform; and (c) your consent where required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at info@cs3d.ai. UK residents may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement to ensure appropriate protections for your personal data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. For users in the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under English law. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
